Installed Base Engineering support for the ADU anesthesia machine with over 10 000 units of machines installed globally. Driving activities around product improvements, managing product complaints, service engineering, production support and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive actions).Achievements: Transferring the ADU engineering competence from Sweden to Finland and building up a new Engineering team in Helsinki. Leading all activity for ADU support and product improvements resulting in a stable and well supported Installed Base and good production support.

Manager for Technology and Engineering in Industrial Fans business unit.In charge of product development and R&D budget, managing the Industrial Fans Business Unit R&D team and product development activity. In addition also responsible for product platforms, product liability and managing general engineering issues. Member of Business Unit Management team. Working extensively with customers to understand and adapt product to their industrial process needs. Achievements: Introducing two new product families based on high speed gearboxes or motors and integrated carbon fibre impellers. Driving programs from technology development to product introduction including pilots with customers. Also leading development activity for several improvements on aerodynamics and rotor dynamic performance on older steel based blower products.
