• Manage Project Services for the delivery of, but not limited to, infrastructure, deferred maintenance renewal, renovations, mechanical/electrical, etc. type projects in the Medical Center, Research, Veterinary Medicine.
• Manage, supervise, direct, and coordinate new construction and renovation projects through the entire project life cycle, including but not limited to budget/estimating, scheduling, planning/design, bidding.
• Prepare and develop cost estimates, schedules, and scopes of work for new construction and renovation projects as assigned for customer/stakeholder approval.
• Review and negotiate fee proposals of consultants and coordinates activities of architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Review design documents and project manuals for compliance with building codes, university building design standards, and project objectives.
• Review and/or approve shop drawings, change directives (field work orders), request for information, and change orders.

-Manage building projects and renovations for the Jerome Schottenstein Center at The Ohio State University. Projects range from locker room upgrades to flat roof replacements.-Serve as the primary owner/building representative on projects that require coordination with the University Facilities, Design and Construction Office.-Coordinate with Contractors.

Oversee day-to-day operations of all Ohio University athletics facilities - Six athletics facilities including; Peden Stadium (football), Convocation Center (basketball/volleyball/wrestling), Wren Stadium (baseball), Chessa Field (soccer), Pruitt Field (track/field hockey) and the Ohio Softball Field - Facility Scheduling- Maintenance/Custodial- Equipment.
