SAP MM Functional Consultant for the design and implementation of the centralized Global Procurement System within all of the adidas. The GPS system accepts purchase orders from all markets/divisions throughout the adidas-group where they are consolidated into a single thread to feed the portal system on the web. The initial design replaced their old legacy system making use of the SAP functionality and flexibility. Next step was to remove the old legacy portal and incorporate TradeCard’s Global Supply chain platform utilizing their end-to-end supply chain capabilities. Once stable, other adidas brands were rolled in to the Global Solution. These included Reebok, Ashworth and Rockport as well as folding in their Sports Licensing Division into the system making the Global Supply chain complete.

Worked as MM Functional Consultant during the first phase of a multi-site implementation project for Draeger Safety. The Initial phase included the Design and Blueprinting, Realization, Testing and Implementation at the Draeger Safety sit in Pittsburgh, PA. Following successful implementation I worked as Project Manager to roll-out the remaining sites using the Pittsburgh implementation as a “Template” for guidance. The roll out sites included, Toronto Canada, Durango Colorado, Melbourne, Australia, Mexico city, Mexico and Strasbourg France.
