Dan's primary appraisal work consists of valuing land and resource-based assets including vacant recreational land, forestland, water frontage, conservation easements, residential properties, and “Yellow Book” assignments for private landowners, as well as government clients such as US Fish and Wildlife Service, US Forest Service, Department of Interior, and regional Department of Natural Resource offices. Dan also has significant experience within the eminent domain, estate planning, and expert witness services. Dan holds Certified General Appraiser licenses in Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Dan also hold real estate broker licenses in both Michigan and Wisconsin.
