Responsible for the design, development and production release of new Global Thermal Management products (Computer Room Cooling Units) for global production as well as Sustaining engineering for products currently in production. Also responsible Research and Development of new innovative ideas which feed into our new products to improve efficiency, cost and performance. Began career with Emerson Network Power in 2006 as a Sr. Project Engineer, promoted to Manager of Engineering Product Development in 2010 and to Director, Engineering New Product Development in 2017. Emerson Network Power was sold in December of 2016 and became Vertiv.

Managed a product development group of approximately 12 designers and engineers. Responsible for the design, validation testing and production release of Commercial and Industrial ventilation equipment. Team utilized FEA and CFD to optimize product design and cost. Also responsible for customer facing documentation (submittals, catalogs, selection programs). Transitioned from Managing the Lau Industries product to the PennBarry Product after acquisition and merger of Penn Ventilation with Lau Industrial and Barry Blower divisions.

Engineering Manager responsible for development and release of centrifugal blowers and axial fans for the residential, commercial markets. Lau Industries acquired Penn Ventilation which was integrated into our existing Barry Blower, Lau Industrial, Superior and Industrial Air product lines to form 'PennBarry'. Once this new brand was formed, I was re-assigned from the Lau division to the new PennBarry division to lead the engineering team for this new commercial and industrial ventilation division.

Began automotive career as a Test Engineer for Delco Products (Division of GM) working in the Thermal Management group with test and validation responsibilities for electric engine cooling and HVAC blowers. Advanced to Application Engineer responsible for the application development of Engine Cooling Fans (Electric and Hydraulic) for various GM, Chrysler and Ford platforms. GM sold this Delco Products Division to ITT Automotive in the mid 90's who eventually sold to Valeo.
