Manage the day to day operations of the corporate consolidation group including; preparation and analysis of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow; completion and review of various account reconciliations and balance sheet roll forwards; production of financial and supplemental reports for internal and external reporting; Sox controls and documentation, manage and develop staff; and various project work.

Preparation of Aon's consolidated cash flow statement - including year over year variance analysis, writing of the MD&A, documentation and support, and review with senior management and external auditors. Preparation of Aon's consolidated income statement - including journal entries, production of internal and external reports, variance analysis, and various account reconciliations.

Responsible for the production and analysis of Commercial Insurance income statement including variances to plan and forecast. Created new budget model to project future earned premium based on written premium amounts. Prepared the annual budget ($3 billion in revenue) and monthly forecast for premiums, claims, and underwriting expenses.

Responsible for the statutory consolidation and reporting of 32 companies on a quarterly basis. Preparation of the annual statements including exhibits and footnotes. Analysis of premium and claim data and preparation of schedules for review of certain key underwriting ratios. Managed and developed group of six team members.
