Managed a classified government contract providing SETA, system development and Test and Evaluation efforts in support of Proof-Of-Concept projects.

Organized the delivery of approximately 100,000 lines of Pascal code comprising the scientific algorithm software for OBU. Participated in the test and analysis of the correlation and tracking functions provided by this software and aided in the planning for the end-product test and delivery activities. Prepared and presented seminars on fast Fourier transforms, digital filtering, and other digital signal processing techniques to the laboratory and division technical staff.Managed the three-year Acoustic Broadband Radiated Noise Study Project for the Naval Intelligence Support Center (NISC). Developed a set of broadband spectrum analysis algorithms for characterizing the broadband spectrum, and a multi-sensor coherence measurement algorithm. Responsible for the development of a large acoustic broadband noise database comprising over 400 samples, and applied statistical pattern recognition techniques to the data to help characterize and classify the spectral components.
