Lead client team of sales and account executives, service managers, project managers, and product consultantsPartner with senior leadership across product, technology, finance, legal, and marketing departments to ensure customer growth and successConvey complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders and executive decision makersDevelop and sustain key client executive relationships, including strategic and tactical engagement at the CCO, CISO, CTO and CEO levelAct as central escalation point for any and all critical customer issues and own all executive communicationsPlan and lead regular client steering committee meetings and quarterly strategic leadership discussionsReview and approve all contract amendments and drive high-visibility and high-stakes negotiations, including several multi-million-dollar agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
