Provide credit leadership and direction for our Agribusiness and Capital Market portfolio. This includes leading a staff of Credit Officers who underwrite and provide analysis of large and complex commercial credits within our portfolio. Work hard to create a positive environment that inspires the team to collaborate, perform at a high level, and continue to improve. This incudes setting goals and rewarding performance. Also provide direction, recommendation, and approvals for the large credit facilities in our Agribusiness and Capital Markets portfolio. In addition to managing the approval process I also provide coaching, leadership, and training to team members. Industries of expertise include; Grains, Farm Supply, Animal Protein, Dairy, Food & Beverage, Power, Energy, Communications, and others. Within the scope of these areas of expertise, also provide monitoring, reporting, and communicate industry direction.

Completed analysis and structuring of large, complex, and often multiple entity commercial credits. This includes; underwriting, analyzing and completing a written recommendation on credits. This included new and servicing an existing portfolio.
