I am Google Adwords certified, and manage all aspects of a travel company's online marketing efforts, including advertising on Google and other search engines. In addition to building and maintaining campaign strategies, I use Salesforce data to build ROAS/ROI reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

I overhauled a department that needed to keep up with the needs of a growing travel company. This included interviewing, hiring, and training 4 team members to use a custom Content Management System for a main website along with 20 specialized microsites. I also researching and implementing a ticketing system to organize the flood of requests involved in maintaining a large, dynamic website of well over 10,000 listings. With the new system established, I managed the team of 6 individuals. I also managed the integration of our inventory and other 3rd party listing websites such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

I communicate extensively between travelers, vacation rental owners, property managers and other parties to book and plan for vacation rentals. Additionally I consult with vacation rental owners to help them do everything they can to maximize their rental potential. Finally I maintain our home rental inventory, and help ensure that all villa data and imagery is current and attractively displayed.

I connected with each guest to plan all necessary logistical elements to create a customized, stress-free vacation from arrival to departure. I contributed to the success of the concierge department of Travel Keys, providing luxury service and memorable activities for guests with the goal of ensuring a seamless rental experience.
