So I stepped out of the Sales Directors role, 'drove' a recruiting desk alongside them and promptly outbilled the non director staff for the next 12 months. I was then head hunted to DMA to start a Sales and Senior Exec Division and thenwas headed hunted again as MD of a $3Million T/O division of AAG - an It services business which was acquired by a PLC within the year. During my time there I completed a small acquisition and together with organic growth grew a 45 staff recruiting firm with 4 state offices. Show less
