In 2011 Daniel joined the Craft Shop to set up their Animation department.He enjoys creating bespoke animations and highly crafted content.Born and raised in Scotland Daniel has spent the majority of his career in New Zealand.After a couple of years spent creating titles and graphics, for documentaries for the Discovery and History channels, he was lured out to New Zealand to help Linds Redding set up The Dept. Of Motion Graphics, the award winning animation studio of which Daniel was also co owner.In both his time at The Craft Shop and at The Dept. Of Motion Graphics he has overseen a wide variety of work and has experience directing 3D animation, Traditional 2D animation as well as Stop Motion and Motion Graphics. He also has an extensive knowledge of compositing and post production.Daniel has worked for clients in New Zealand, Australia, Europe and America and also helped judge The Best awards last year.
