As an experienced retail and rental industry professional, I have built a strong foundation in store management and customer service. I have been working in the ski resort industry since 2016, gaining extensive experience in managing operations, customer service, and rental services. Currently, I am the Assistant Store Manager at Canyon Mountain Rentals, where I oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service. I am responsible for staffing, scheduling, and implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.Before joining Canyon Mountain Rentals, I served as a Shift Supervisor at Beyond/Hello from 2021 to 2022. I supervised daily activities, maintained high service standards, and managed a team of staff members. I played a crucial role in inventory management, product displays, and customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Prior to that, I was the Assistant Store Manager at Breeze Ski Rentals - Keystone from 2019 to 2020. I managed store operations during the ski season, focusing on customer service and rental equipment maintenance. I coordinated with team members to ensure timely service delivery and handled inventory, sales, and staff scheduling to optimize store performance.I hold a degree from the Killington School of Resort Management, graduating in 2018. My education provided me with a strong foundation in resort management and valuable industry skills.Outside of my work in the retail and rental industry, I am a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner and instructor. I hold a Brown Belt and have been training for over 8 years.
