Currently manage a multi-disiplinary team of design engineers and drafters responsible for the design and documentation of the hardware required to complete the integration and operational testing of communication systems destined for installation on shipboard as well as land-based platforms. I also manage a fully outfitted machine shop responsible for both prototype efforts as well as limited production builds of these mechanical designs required for the successful integration of these communication systems. Ancillary duties include development and execution of a five-year capital improvement plan for the machine shop, serve as safety representive on our executive safety committee, and proposal coordination and development focusing on techincal and personnel elements primarily.
