Other responsibility involves--producing Flash Reports for Shared Services.-producing Ex-Co Reports presented to Executive Committee. The report includes analysis and commentary on financial performance.-Preparing expense analysis reports with Supplier wise, expense wise analysis is performed to avoid over accrual & excess expenditure.-co-ordination with regional finance teams, Project team and financial control team to ensure timely reporting.-Performing GL analysis on detailed level every month in which trends, unusual costs, any other anomalies in the GL are identified after the month end close and rectified.-Preparing Spotlight for the areas of Cost reduction and making presentation to the leads for the same.-Participation in various Projects related to Process streamlining and improvement from time to time to ensure standardization is reporting.

Responsibilities involves-Month end Closure-Depreciation run and analysis-Preparing various analysis for showing movement in depreciation on different account & various ad-hoc analysis for MI purposes.-To prepare reconciliation for comparison of amortization, depreciation and depletion on monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis.-Preparing weekly dashboard for activities performed and pending to track progress and report to client.
