  As Head of Marketing at Bunches, an online flowers and gifting company, I lead a team of seven marketers and designers, across a number of direct and online marketing channels.Along with the team, we are responsible for direct marketing tactics such as print brochures, letters and adverts - alongside paid search, email and CRM, social media, PR, partnerships and related activity to drive our e-commerce sales and brand message.A new role for Bunches, I joined the business to build the marketing strategy to meet ambitious but sustainable growth targets, which include a review of the current situation, continued analysis who the customer is and developing our marketing opportunities.My responsibilities day-to-day include overseeing the strategic direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and measuring the success innovative approaches to expand the company's customer base. My leadership will be key to balancing brand integrity with commercial growth.
