Circa 100 employees.Role and responsibilities: Accountable for all operational aspects of the business from Planning through design, development, manufacture, site preparation and delivery, commissioning and handover. Lead and manage all operational elements of the business, bringing stability, reducing costs to improve profitability and develop a high performing and sustainable workforce.Turn around of modular factory with significant improvement in build time and quality. (11 days to 4 per module)Improvement in supply chain capability inclusive of cost, quality and delivery.Team and Culture Change creating a stable and growing business with a 90% improvement in sickness absence and turnover.Delivery of a £15m development from completion of land purchase in April 2023 and opening of 122 room hybrid building in Sep 2024.Set up and preconstruction elements for £35m development taking all the lessons identified in previous developments to produce a sustainable method, processes and procedures for delivering future projects.
