Lead the financial integration and operations for over $2B of Accenture’s integrations & carve-outs. Act as Interim CFO/Controller for acquired businesses providing leadership and direction to finance/accounting team and strategic insight to leadership. Drive conversion/adoption of accounting systems , implement best practices and internal controls, adoption of GAAP policies. Developed finance integration workplan covering cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, cost synergies, portfolio & pricing analysis, and overall finance harmonization while collaborating effectively across key workstreams (HR, IT, Workplace, Procurement). Developed the operational plan across the detailed business activities and manage the financial results against the Board approved business case KPIs (Revenue, Profitability & Headcount growth, DSOs). Prepare lookback materials to convey acquisition progress to the Investment Committee and lead reviews with senior finance leadership.

>Manage the global consolidation of Accenture’s financial results while operating under an aggressive monthly close schedule. >Responsible for the preparation & analysis of Accenture’s financial statements (Consolidated Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Shareholders’ Equity and Cash flows Statement). >Prepare Audit Committee and Management Walkthrough materials and analysis for senior leadership. > Responsible for ensuring new acquisitions are integrated properly and purchase accounting adjustments and results are accurately reflected in Accenture financials. > Led team from design phase through go-live responsible for the implementation of a new financial statement consolidation system (SAP Business Planning and Consolidations).

Preparation of the Consolidated Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flows and Shareholders' Equity for Accenture utilizing SAP’s Business Consolidation System. Operational performance key metric and financial statement variance analysis. US GAAP and IFRS research & analysis.

Preparation of the Form 10Q/K, footnote disclosures, MD&A and related supporting documentation. Provide assistance to external auditors during the quarterly review and annual audit processes.

Provide audit & consulting services, financial statement preparation and corporate & individual tax return preparation to clients across various industries including construction, farming, insurance, telecommunications and radio station broadcasting.

Provide financial statement preparation and corporate & individual tax return preparation to Physician and Physician Groups.
