Overview: Direct management of a team of 11 project managers responsible for planning 60+ events, forecasting and managing each event’s budget ranging from $150K to $1M, developing parking and traffic operations plans for events with 3K - 14K participants; development of the team that now executes all special events and expo activations Highlights- Created scalable, proprietary resources and tools across multiple platforms for managing and tracking budgets, assigning and forecasting team workloads 12+ months out, event staffing, staff travel, event planning, event design, SOPs- Forecasting complex planning timelines and workloads- Planning and executing internal conferences - both traditional and virtual- Extensive experience coordinating conference and hospitality services- Mining, aggregating and analyzing data to report on KPIs- High level communications with key POC’s at a broad range of organizations including: military bases, world class sporting venues and organizations, CVBs, Sports Commissions- Oversight of event cash operations and management - single event cash revenues could sometimes exceed $100K- Product development and execution of multiple customer facing initiatives- Extensive experience with permitting across many types of government agencies- Approval and arrangement of staff travel- Event Director for the 2017, 2018, and 2019 Spartan World Championship events (televised)- Planning oversight of our first non-licensed international event in Cuba- Planning and management of internal culture initiatives such as company holiday parties, staff appreciation gifts, department dinners, charitable initiatives, and employee volunteer opportunities

Boston's Run to Remember is New England's 4th largest road race with more than 12,000 registrants in 2014.Responsible for securing all vendors and sponsors for the Expo. This includes maintaining relationships with vendors who exhibited in the past, as well as seeking out new vendors to enhance the Expo experience for the runners.I have actively grown the Expo to more than double the number of vendors, with more than 40 at the 2014 event.Management of all Expo logistics including: creating a floor plan and assigning vendor booths to maximize visibility and sales/sampling opportunities for all vendors; coordinating all vendor logistics to ensure a smooth move in and move out; working with Freeman and utility vendors to have the Expo set up as efficiently as possible.
