I manage our field services group. We provide Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) services such as vibration analysis, Infrared, Motor Current Analysis and Ultrasound. We also provide services such as dynamic balancing, laser alignments, DC motor inspection and analysis, some in place motor repair and asset component replacement.

Program Manager for Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) & Reliability Maintenance Program As the Program Manager I am responsible for providing high level communication between the company, clients and employees. I coordinate daily CBM (PdM) program activities and schedule work as needed as well as prepare the necessary reports, audits, RCA & RCFA, FEMA and RCM as required for a single client facility. As the Lead Analyst I was responsible for leading a diverse group of professional analyst in the PDM technologies field. The PD program integrates vibration, infrared, ultrasound, and motor circut analysis to provide customer with a comprehensive and integrated view of asset health.
