Program Manager for Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) & Reliability Maintenance Program As the Program Manager I am responsible for providing high level communication between the company, clients and employees. I coordinate daily CBM (PdM) program activities and schedule work as needed as well as prepare the necessary reports, audits, RCA & RCFA, FEMA and RCM as required for a single client facility.
