CurrentI am playing a key role in leading and managing sales activities by ensuring appropriate implementation of standard operating procedures across entire sales organization. I have devise and execute robust plans to capture target markets aimed at meeting/exceeding financial expectations. I am responsible for administering overall sales related activities for oil/gas, electric utility, construction, fire/rescue, military, and other key Marmon-Herrington markets. Also I am managing external environment for Marmon-Herrington products, customers, and resources while providing effective recommendations to strategy for addressing emerging trends. I am leading sales department by hiring and training staff, evaluating their performance, and establishing benchmarks to align with organizational strategy.
