Afghanistan

Working on a Disposal Project in Afghanistan selling drawdown stock on behalf of the British MOD, Australian ADF and the Danish Military. Responsible for ensuring that all sales through the ADF followed the correct process and also customer managing the relationship between the ADF and Agility to ensure that maximum sales and profit were recovered from the ADF drawdown items. Designing, creating and rolling out of business management tools as well as all processes and procedures and control documentation for the project.

Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire

Responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company flagship Information Centre. The site operates over a two shift structure across all areas of the business, these include carton, file, tape and data archive storage. I was responsible for the rejuvenation of the site as it was in need of improvements. I brought the site forward by restructuring the shifts, re-assigning of staff and hours, implementation of 5S from sort to sustain and introduction of Kaizen as a continuous improvement platform.
