A broad background in engineering, manufacturing and sales & marketing. Started out in design engineering and manufacturing engineering in Silicon Valley for about 10 years, spent some time in R&D up in Oregon in vacuum metallurgy. I was hired on with a company here in Colorado Springs to set up and run a manufacturing group producing bulk gas purifiers for the semiconductor industry. Had the opportunity to move into technical sales & marketing, and business development in 1997 and have been doing that since. My varied background and ability to learn has served me well in sales. I have learned when selling technical products or services to engineers its more than just the product or service. Customers put their trust in you that your products will perform as stated, that they won't have to worry about that aspect of their design project or process, and it's that trust that keeps them coming back.Technical marketing is a favorite "other duties as assigned"​ of mine. Print advertising is an old standby but cyber marketing offers such a variety of options and they seem to grow exponentially. I've been published in a number of B-to-B pubs, have written and presented webinars, and produced videos.
