Leveraging this wealth of expertise, I established Sproles Business Consulting in 2018. This platform is dedicated to providing advisory and training services to the plastics industry, with a specific emphasis on thermoforming and extrusion.My primary mission is to pass on my wisdom and mentorship to the next generation of plastic industry professionals. Presently, I hold a position on the Board of Directors as the Education Chair and RC Race Car Chair, reinforcing my dedication to nurturing the future of the plastics sector.
