Develop and manage the XZERES dealership network and program to promote renewable energy production through the sale and installation of small distributed wind turbines, across Canada, the United State, Mexico and the Caribbean. Work directly with engineers, supply chain managers and marketing to provide technical support, education and marketing support to dealers and their staff members to close sales.

My tenure was a long-term substitute position for a 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade mixed age classroom. Provided all curriculum and instruction for a class of 29 students, based on Imaginative Education, Multiple Intelligences and Portfolio Assessment. I provided instruction for all content areas, including math, science that included Columbia Gorge studies, language arts, reading, problem solving and P.E. Improv, literature circles, book talks and classroom meetings were weekly events. I kept records as well as student work samples for parent conferences. Worked with TOSA staff to support SPED students, met with parents, held student directed conferences and wrote narrative assessment reports.

Co-founder of Always On Network, Inc., Provided day-to-day leadership and management to a start-up company that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the organization; responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external; and provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company. I spearhead the development, and implementation of effective strategies and processes to deploy wireless networks in new markets. I acted as lead "client-care officer" managing the subscriber experience. Worked directly with investors; and assisted, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company to deploy wireless Internet to business, government and domestic subscribers as well as schools in Bangladesh

Manage the IM&T district advisory committee. Responsible for developing and communicating goals, guidelines and policies for the use and application of media resources by school districts. Prepared and submitted budgets for approval, prepare program service plans and policies, technically advise school districts and departments for technology planning, use and application of computer networks and technology, coordinate and monitor the selection and acquisition of instructional media, supervise and evaluate staff members, manage collective bargaining contracts within the department, develop RFP requirements, negotiate contracts, and write grants. Coordinated and managed strategic planning for the use of technology as a learning tool in schools and classrooms throughout the Portland district. Taught K-5 at-risk students and developed a model program, active member of the district working group of math specialists responsible for writing the philosophy statement and goals for Chapter I elementary mathematics program in Portland Public Schools. Improved the entire school mathematics achievement in one year through staff consultation, staff development and instructional focus; produced a video highlighting instructional models.
