- Direct the product management team in developing and introducing innovative products to the association market.- Set and track KPI’s for the product management and development teams.- Ensure high quality new product solutions are delivered in each release cycle and during each work iteration.- Lead the product advisory boards for the products to gather feedback on product roadmap and priorities, and communicate the product vision and direction.- Serve as the primary liaison between company executives and product management team on the product roadmap, direction and priorities.- Participate in Management team meetings to discuss overall strategy for sales, consulting, support and product development.- Serve as a liaison with current customers in dealing with escalations.Participate in extensive sales demos of the products with potential customers.- Work with the product managers to develop the product roadmaps and set program iteration priorities using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to product owners as they develop the necessary user stories for sprint work.- Author content to establish Community Brands as a thought leader in the association industry including blogs, eBooks, webinars, and case studies. - Present to members of the user communities for all three products to promote feature adoption increased market penetration, and best practices.- Product lead on integrations between the AMS products and other all other Community Brands owned solutions.- Visit customers and conduct market research for all AMS products to understand how the AMS solutions are used and the strengths and weaknesses of those solutions
