As Internal Sales Team Leader, I act as Account Manager for many of GoPlasticPallet's key clients. In addition to providing client support and offering the right solution for their application, I'm also responsible for mentoring five internal sales team members and monitoring target performance. I’m a target driven professional, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. My previous experience working as a driver and then sales executive at GoPlasticPallets has enabled me to better serve our clients and offer an extensive knowledge of the logistics industry.My duties include but are not limited to:• Managing key client accounts and offering solutions and expertise in line with their requirements• Monitoring team output and ensuring performance meets and exceeds sales targets • Providing support to both the internal sales team and clients to close sales while ensuring complete customer satisfaction• Overseeing the sales process and customer journey from initial enquiry through to point of sale• Distributing incoming enquiries to the relevant team members• Working closely with the UK Sales Manager and UK Projects Manager on major sales projects and reporting directly to the Managing Director• Representing GoPlasticPallets at industry events, exhibitions and trade shows and building relationships with potential suppliers• Visiting clients to better understand their business processes and objectives to ensure the right solution is offered

I was promoted to Senior Sales Executive in 2009 following four successful years in the sales team building strong relationships with key company accounts.

September 2005 saw me move to the company’s sales division in Eastbourne working as a Sales Executive supporting clients with purchasing decisions.

I began my career at GoPlasticPallets working at the company’s Newhaven site as a forklift and van driver. The experience I gained during this time helped me to understand the operations process and subsequently move departments to join the sales team in 2005.
