I was the Practice Director of the UK Cyber Security business, responsible for the effective operation of a team of nearly 60 Risk Assurance professionals. This role included resource planning, training and development and financial management (budgeting, revenue reporting and engagement profitability), as well as co-ordinating the various joint business.

Worked with the Networks, Technology and IT division to ensure revenue maximisation within all their systems (switches, mediation platform and billing systems) through the identification of control weaknesses and subsequent implementation of processes and controls.
