On Southwood’s arrival at the club, conducted comprehensive analysis of his performances the previous season with Reading FC and highlighted his strengths, as well as areas to work on and improve. In the 2021/22 EFL Championship campaign Southwood had a 62% shot to save ratio and 12% clean sheet ratio and during our period working together over 13 games this was enhanced to 73% shot to save ratio and 30% clean sheet ratio.
