Daniel D. Stofko, Esquire, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Scranton in 2003. In 2007, Mr. Stofko earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Study in Environmental Law, Science and Policy. He is admitted to practice law in all Pennsylvania courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lackawanna Bar Association.Following graduation from law school, Mr. Stofko practiced law in Pittsburgh until June 2009. Since that time, he has practiced as a civil litigator in Scranton, concentrating his practice in general insurance defense, fire loss litigation, subrogation defense, and municipal, automobile and premises liability.
