Manage 20 staff members, 3 consultants and vendor relationships.o Developed and implemented multi-year, multi-million dollar project plan/budget for a 24 month development project.o Recruited, hired and managed operators, technicians and engineers from several countries in R&D and production in several different labs.o Set and managed budget for at least ten separate research projects, all at or under budget.o Established IP strategy for company including the filing of core method patents and blocking patents to ensure adequate protection of intellectual property. o Developed three separate technologies for improvement of medical devices (29 patents applied for). o Brought many processes from concept, through R&D to full production, one being a silver oxide antimicrobial coating for medical devices.o Participated in fundraising efforts, negotiation of manufacturing contracts and licensing deals.
