Even in heated and litigious failure to accommodate ADA claims cases my character and actions have won the trust and respect of even the opposing counsel who complimented me on my professionalism and responsiveness to his client’s needs.I also have a reputation for tenaciously fulfilling my roles. I stay on top of my game and I do not finish the day with tasks left undone. As a result of my work ethic I have achieved amazing results. As a recruiter I outperformed my team with time to fill rates almost a week faster. I had an unprecedented unemployment hearing win rate of nearly a solid eighty percent. I thoroughly investigate and close my cases days sooner than my peers.
