With the medical director, opened a new 27-bed comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation unit, supervising construction, recruitment of approximately 50 new employees, and acquisition of equipment and implementation of treatment programs. Sought and achieved CARF accreditations for Comprehensive Inpatient, Comprehensive Outpatient and specialty accreditations for Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury Programs within the first year. No programs were certified before that time.
