I represent and support the Contracting Officer (CO) in each phase of the procurement process for grants, cooperative agreements, and Technology Investment Agreements (TIA). As the TPO for over 100 awards valued at over $700,000,000 ($240m in Federal funds and $470m in non-Federal funds), I am involved in all forms of Financial Assistance awards from the initiation of projects, including the initial evaluation of the DOE Program requirement for a funding opportunity, through the announcement and posting phases of a solicitation, to award, execution, and close-out of the financial assistance award.

Acted as the City’s Single Point of Contact and the primary person of responsibility in the management and review of all phases of complex and controversial development projects; starting with preliminary review, resource management, scheduling, submittal, review, public hearings, recordation, processing and permitting of construction & grading plans, and field construction. I managed the project and all aspects of the project team across managerial reporting lines. I interpreted numerous local, state and federal codes and regulations and use that knowledge and skill in the drafting of resolutions, ordinances, procedures, and policy documents.
