Former NASA Software Engineer turned Engineering Leader. I am a successful, supportive team builder who leads with empathy, focusing on empowering my teams, mentoring growth, and instilling ownership. But who I really am is:Technology expert: I spent 25 years writing code in everything from windows apps to web apps in multiple tech stacks from Microsoft to MERN to Golang and everything in between. Whether it’s hardware, software, networking, security, or testing, I have done it all, and I love it all. I write code every day, even if it’s not part of my regular role at the office.
