Both at the individual level through regular 1:1 and coaching and at the team level, where consistent introspection helps us to find the efficiency we need for each project. By focusing on the outcomes of the work, the engineers take ownership, and by empowering them to self organize, they find the right processes for them to be successful. I help them to build up best practices, perform code reviews, automate everything they can, and put a focus on quality so that their product is the best it can be.
