My extensive experience in the hospitality and sales industry has given me a strong foundation of customer service, teamwork and strong communication skills. In these fast paced environments I have a proven track record of being able to work well under pressure amid distractions and interruptions, all while maintaining a focus on providing an excellent customer experience. My volunteer experience with Brandywine Valley Association peaked my interest in the environmental field and led me to return to school and obtain a degree in Urban in Regional Planning from West Chester University. I feel that my outgoing personality, customer service experience, technical skills and passion for the environment combine to make me an excellent candidate for obtaining my goal of a career in the environmental planning, urban & regional planning, or public sector.
