- Ecology team leadership, including task coordination and internal technical review of environmental survey programs and reporting deliverables.- Project management duties including proposal and budget development, agency and client consultation, design and implementation of field programs, and synthesis of technical environmental reports (Environmental Impact Studies, Natural Heritage Evaluations, etc.).- Extensive experience in the identification of vascular plants and plant communities, and identification of wildlife including mammals, avifauna, and herpetiles.- Recognized Expert Witness (Ecology) by Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly OMB/LPAT), including delivery of expert testimony to the tribunal. Engagement in community and municipal council meetings as an environmental representative, addressing environmental concerns and considerations in a public forum.- Terrestrial ecology lead for vegetation restoration/compensation of forest and wetland communities, Species at Risk mitigation and Overall Benefit for Bobolink/Eastern Meadowlark, Butternut, and wildlife passage analysis at the Highway 407 East Phase 2 project; principal contributor to Environmental Management Plans and large-scale Vegetation Restoration Plans, successfully developed and implemented as a component of this project.- Coordination of environmental time and materials for major infrastructure (provincial highway) bids, including presentation of constraints and opportunities to provincial governmental agencies.

- Proposal, records review, site investigation, and reporting duties for the Class Environmental Assessment process; wildlife and vegetation components.- Vascular plant community inventories for wetland restoration.- Participation in monitoring program to identify avifaunal Species at Risk (Bobolink, Eastern Meadowlark, Barn Swallow, Chimney Swift) and their habitats, mammalian Species at Risk (Little Brown Myotis, Northern Myotis) and their habitats, and regionally rare vascular plant species in the Greater Toronto Area.- Air photo interpretation of arctic marine communities studying abundances of marine mammals.

- Designed and conducted field study programs to determine the presence or absence of natural heritage features and significant wildlife habitat for renewable energy approvals; direct involvement with ten Class 4 wind energy projects that received approval from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.- Prepared Records Review, Site Investigation, Evaluation of Significance, Environmental ImpactStudy, Species at Risk, Water Body Assessment, and Water Body Impact Assessment reports.- Developed proficiency in identification of flora and fauna and their habitats (particularly vascular plants, avifauna, herpetiles, and mammals), air photo interpretation, research and methodological design, and report/proposal writing.

- Participated in implementation of botanical Species at Risk mitigation, ecological monitoring, and restoration measures for tallgrass prairie communities at the Detroit River International Crossing project.- Performed winter identification of numerous botanical Species at Risk such as Dwarf Hackberry, Butternut, and Heart-leaved Plantain.

- Mark/recapture small mammals as a part of a long-term population study within Algonquin Park, Ontario. DNA collection was conducted to study encroachment of Peromyscus leucopus into Peromyscus maniculatus range.
