Over 16 years in the insurance industry I have developed a range of skills in Senior Leadership over a number of positions across Change and Operational Management following a number of years leading People Strategy within the HR function. As AXA Commercial's Product Management Lead, I have successfully implemented and grown the Product team from inception in 2022 through to delivery of Product Strategy and completely overhauling our approach to change activity, beginning the change of pivoting the AXA culture to a Product-led way of thinking. We are focussed on ensuring maximum customer and broker benefit - improving our capabilities and our customer journeys to ensure we provide a seamless and positive customer and user experience across all our interactions from Purchase through to Claim and beyond to Renewal.Prior to my current role in Product, I have experience leading Continuous Improvement teams utilising Lean Six Sigma and OpEx toolsets, alongside extensive operational delivery in both Retail and Commercial Claims environments as Operational lead, following substantial experience leading to develop HR strategy and Business Partnering.
