I relocated to Raleigh, NC area from New Hampshire area in 2021. I recently worked as a contracted construction superintendent for Pomarico Construction. I was responsible for overseeing jobs and reporting back to owners, meeting with building inspectors to ensure project is meeting code, keep job timelines on track and address any risks of not meeting deadlines. Order and pick-up supplies and materials as needed. Meet with sub-contractors to go over job details.
