HAA employs approximately 3400 staff, has 500+ retail stores and has an annual turnover of approximately AUD $1.1 Billion Responsible for planning and executing HAA’s Internal Audit and Store Audit Program.Internal Audit Program• Partner with key business functions including treasury, supply chain, finance, payroll, retail and distribution by assisting in evaluating risks, designing and documenting controls for new processes.• Perform risk assessments, walk-throughs and testing over key business functions process operations, validate outcomes and control gaps with process owners to ensure risks are adequately mitigated.• Support organization with External Audit and Hanes Corporate audit team’s audit requests and identifying remediation solutions.• Review, manage and provide key control, SOX testing and audit program training to new testers and internal audit secondees.• Liaise with control owners throughout all testing cycles to ensure SOX process documents and testing results are completed and updated in BWISE within specified time.Store Audit Program• Perform quarterly risk assessments for HAA’s retail store network for store visits.• Prepare quarterly store audit reports for HAA senior leadership and HBi audit committee.• Prepare and present at bi-annual retail store conferences on risk management, governance and retail compliance.• Prepare Power BI store audit templates for team members and review results of store visits/assessments.
