Plan, design and implementation Citrix of products (Sharefile, XenMobile, XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR, Netscaler upgrade and migration). Completed project and daily operations work simultaneously to keep Citrix environment stable an implement new products to the Citrix environment. Implemented Windows 10 from a base image to a PVS image including all configuration, group policies and Citrix policies. Currently migrating from Server 2008 to Server 2016 PVS images. Migrated published applications to XenApp 7.6 from XenApp 6.5. Configured Group Policy and Citrix policies for the Citrix 7.6 Environment. Optimized Windows 2008 R2 servers for Citrix Environment. Developed documentation for handover to Operations Support. Instructed Operations Support how to utilize new environment as well as changes to the environment. Assisted in the packaging and deployment of Receiver to over 18,000 computers. Assisted in optimization of Citrix Profile Management and fast login times

Maintains electronic documentation and maintained computer systems using Citrix applications as well as Microsoft OneDrive. Handling all logistical and operational procedures for event management. Pre event preparations - hiring, scheduling, and communications with event organizers as well as post event follow up communications.
