6 years and counting as a project manager and construction manager for major transit railroad construction projects in Southern California. I have managed diverse track infrastructure including mountain grades, high speed rail, urban mainline and industry, network hump yards, automotive ramps, as well as intermodal yards. I have developed, and led up to 12 track managers. As Director in Los Angeles, I have enabled promotions for 9 track managers, and led a workforce of 170 agreement and nonagreement employees without a reportable injury, track authority violation or on-track-equipment collision over one year. Experienced in managing multi-million dollar Operating Expense budgets. Well versed in Capital Project management, on time and on budget.I have 7 years of active duty military experience as a Platoon Leader, and Executive Officer, serving two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom, and one tour in South Korea in Army Aviation. 1000 plus flight hours in an OH-58 Helicopter (650 hours combat).
