Responsible for growing Aimbridge's portfolio of 3rd party managed Full Service and Lifestyle hotels in the eastern half of North America

Responsible for Owner Relations, 3rd Party Management Business Development, Asset Management, and Development

Adjunct Instructor in the NYU School of Professional Studies, teaching Hospitality Statistics to Master's level students. Class functions as an introduction to the hotel P&L statement, and works to inculcate in students an understanding of component line items, benchmarking, and forecasting.

• Responsible for sourcing new hotel management opportunities for Kimpton Hotels + Restaurants in the Northeast and Midwest US and Eastern Canada• Conduct site visits, perform due diligence, develop project support among internal stakeholders, and develop and deliver highly customized pitches and responses to RFPs.• Negotiate highly complex hotel operating agreements, as well as ancillary agreements for design review services, centralized services, and residential marketing and licensing

Responsible for periodic and ad-hoc pipeline reporting company-wide, as well as for Senior Leadership and Board of Directors, including reports regularly distributed to senior leadership.Perform ad hoc analyses and create periodic presentations for President of Global Development which were used in senior leadership and Board of Directors meetings.Work on a team charged with developing strategic growth plans on a brand and regional basis. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in growth including Brand Leaders and Operations.Act as "data expert" for Global Development for all top-line performance, bottom-line performance, and Starwood program data metrics.

Assisted in development and implementation of new business processes designed to streamline decision-making and improve cross-functional communication for the North America Development Team.Responsible for process implementation, data quality, reporting, and enhancement design for proprietary web-based deal tracking application.
