Also responsible for managing 2 managers with a team of 35 direct reports under them. Implementation team responsible for implementing hundreds of new clients a year which generates over $10M annually. Data Quality team is responsible for cleaning millions of employer data records annually to help ensure quality of data is 100% accurate. Business Process Consultant (BPC) team is responsible for developing custom solutions for clients when they are unable to build a standard file for The Work Number. Verifier Provisioning (Costa Rica) is responsible for setting up new Verifiers who purchase The Work Number Employment and Income data.

Manage 7-member team in St. Louis and Costa Rica, provisioning 400+ verifier and government agencies monthly to use The Work Number services; verify income and employment data. Coordinate completion of 1800 maintenance tickets per month. Assist with multiple process improvement projects using Six Sigma lean methodology. Serve as main point-of-contact between internal customers and business units. Provide monthly reports to VPs and business unit leaders on SLAs and revenue numbers.Key Accomplishments Continuously exceeds goal for provisioning contracts by reducing turnaround time from 1.5 Days to 1.2. Led team that generated more than $190 million in provisioning revenue annually.  Transitioned team to Costa Rica, saving Equifax more than $230,000 in 2012. Received Equifax One Award for process improvement. Cross trained team on provisioning procedures for all contract categories, saving approximately 40 hours per month. Developed two in-depth training manuals that were crucial to transitioning team to Costa Rica.

Ensure that more than 140 clients go live by regulatory filing dates (every tax year). Provide year-end executive summary reports to senior management. Visit client sites as needed and serve as main point-of-contact for clients and client relationship managers during the W-2 off-season.Key Accomplishments Led team that generated more than $50 million in revenue, 2007 to 2013. Managed and trained 12 W-2 implementation managers over six tax seasons. Partnered with product management and product development teams to develop enhancements to W-2 services; utilized Six Sigma methodology to save team more than 40 hours per tax season. Designed six training manuals on implementation of W-2 Management Services. Assisted sales managers as technical contact on prospective client calls; assisted in securing approximately 20 new customers.
