Manage a delivery portfolio of National Grid’s strategic New Entrant Technical training programmes. This includes analysis, planning, training programme design and development, on and off job delivery, evaluation, and additional learning support from Induction to first post deployment. Provide specialist expertise on skills requirements and appropriate programme models and concepts that meet the qualitative & quantitative requirements of the business and external funding contracts. Also implement & deliver programmes across a range of disciplines (UK wide) and manage end to end processes for training cohorts groups.
