Born and raised in Seattle, Dan has lived in the area for his whole life. He graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics which allowed for a smooth transition into the financial services industry. "Finding unique solutions for each client is what I enjoy about this business. I've had the rare opportunity to focus on building my personal production, and also manage the production of an entire team. This unique experience has directly involved me with thousands of refinance and purchase transactions."After graduating from the University of Washington in 2003, Dan found success in the mortgage business through his attention to detail, effective communication and high standards of morals and ethics. After growing a large client base of referral business he was recruited to become a production manager and focus his effort on building a team. It was here that he developed a deep understanding of the market, specifically how volatile it can be!
