In the current multinational company my responsibilities are the following:- preparing, correcting, adding boundary conditions and adapting the mesh model that must be calculated.- supervising results while running, interpretation, analyzing results and optimizing the following simulations:- rheology for plastic components (Fill + Pack + Warp)- sun exposure / thermomechanical simulation (simulating the effect of a external heat source exposure for plastic parts to be able to evaluate the magnitude of the deformation of the part under thermal load).- testing the mechanical resistance by using concentrated loads of predetermined shapes (to simulate various instances found in the normal use of a car, like: minor accidents in the parking lot, accidental bumps from other sources).- creating documents for internal and external suppliers to delegate activities/actions.- creating a summary for several projects to determine common events and convergences.- discussions with suppliers to assure that they respect internal norms and in some cases, mediation to obtain compliant results and to avoid adding additional costs as opposed to a type of policy similar to "been there, done that" - presenting the negative factors and explaining them - if necessary.

Advanced knowledge in Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2014-2017 Ultimate and CADDoctor 2014/2016/2017.Advanced knowledge in the following CATIA V5 modules: Part Design, Generative Shape Design, Drafting, Assembly DesignConducted detailed plastic flow study and optimization for internal and external plastic parts, visible and technical ones, injected with PP, ABS, PC+ABS, PMMA, SEBS, TPV materials.Performing Fill + Pack + Warp analyses to ascertain the feasibility of the respective parts regarding the start of production.Proposing design changes and optimizations for parts with quality issues.Interpretation of simulation results and improved as necessary to obtain a result in the designated tolerance and time frame.Evaluated deadlines and took the necessary actions to help achieve every deadline, this includes mediating and outsourcing tasks.Creating official report files for the customers and constantly improving the way we present our results.Participating in internal and external multidisciplinary meetings regarding the simulations and optimizations for specific projects.Creating and modifying the interior, exterior and trunk trims parts and sub-assemblies - A,B,C,CD Pillars with and without textile, Door Step Trim, Seat belt actuators, Coat Hook, Speaker, Seat Belt Slider, Air Conducts, Air Vents, Flock Strips, Center Console, Side Panel, Lower Back cover, Lateral Back Cover with and without Gas, Upper Back Cover, Sill Panel with and without Aluminum plate, Exterior Door Trims, Cowl Top, Hatch, 3Component Air Conduct, Wheel Liners.

Creating (after receiving a style surface from the customer) and modifying based on a checklist system the following parts and sub-assemblies: A, B, C, D, CD Pillars with and without textile, Central consoles and sub assemblies, Cowl Top, different foams thermometer / extruded / cut-out, Tri-Component Air duct, Sill Panel with and without Aluminum component, Rear Back Cover: Lower Frame \ Intermediary Frame \ Upper Frame - with gas assisted injection and simple version.Fulfilling the deadlines and optimizing the 3D constructions from a molding and demolding point of view.Advanced knowledge in CATIA V5: Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design, Drafting.
