Hello! I’m a seasoned startup Product Manager based back in New York City as of September 2024 after a 1-year career sabbatical in Tokyo, Japan strengthening family connections and fostering cultural immersion. I'm looking for social impact work on a team with a culture fit for me and my human-centered values. I help entrepreneurs, and their teams, discover their most essential value proposition, validate, gather and analyze user data, create web product strategies & roadmaps, build in-house tech teams and/or outsource effectively, and execute the roadmap utilizing the most stage-appropriate level of Scrum (Agile) for development, Lean principles for business, and Design Thinking when appropriate. Then we re-assess and iterate. I look for, and help create, teams with diversity of perspective, gender, race, personalities and backgrounds.
