I supervisor Ushers and Ticket takers to ensure their duties are satisfied. I also work with guests to resolve any issues with seats, tickets, or other problems they may have to ensure their experience meets the high level of the arena standard.

My duties include supervising Ticket Takers/Ushers and support them to ensure good customer service. I also work to make sure the guest experience is met at the highest level.

As a Tour Guide I show guests the highlights of the ball park and a comprehensive behind the scenes look at many features. I am also a lead person for the guides and assist in making sure the areas are accessible for the other staff members and make sure the rotation goes smoothly.

My duties include greeting and assisting the VIP guests at Citi Field during game day and special events. I have also been asked to participate in assistance of the training team for new hires for 2017.

My main responsibility is Quality Assurance is to manage the 2 teams, on-sight, and off shore and coordinate the testing of versions for Medical Billing Software Suites. My responsibilities included administering the Novell/AS400 platforms, developing new custom modules for the SBT Accounting system, and creating a custom MRP package for the tracking of jewelry manufacturing. I also oversaw special projects for the acquisitions and mergers of two manufacturing plants. Major Projects: Designed the WAN for 3 facilities. Designed and implemented automated gold changes needed for the fast moving pace of the jewelry industry. Designed and implement systems to link operations with SBT accounting systems.

My responsibilities included managing the IS department as well as the part programming department. In addition to installing and administering the Novell servers, I also wrote customer database programs specific to the lighting industry.
