Responsible for all business critical systems training including; Practice Management Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems- Line Management of a team of IT Systems Trainers - Successful rollout of strategic PMS to 1000+ vet clinics- Support training of HRIS across group (19 countries, 40,000 users)- Consult on strategic PMS rollout project for Canadian subsidiary company- Work with Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to deliver company priorities- Project lead for company and department initiatives- Responsible for delivery of team KPI's

Design and deliver training programmes in Information Technology (IT). Delivering both remote and in person training sessions.In addition to training, proficient in:- IT professional skills - covering technical training in Merlin, Voyager and Provet, and the various IT specialisations in addition to those main programs- User skills - desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, internet browsers and company-specific applications, GDPR and Office 365.I am also responsible for the application of learning technologies to transfer skills, in both IT and non-IT subjects.
